It rose as a heavy moment for the Raiders as Merrick described. Which now heightens new concern for a franchise aiming to reignite itself.
Buzz slowly built for Jeanty’s role in the upcoming Klint Kubiak era. The former Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator arrived fresh off turning Kenneth Walker III into the Super Bowl 60 Most Valuable Player. Jeanty already drew fan intrigue during the NFL Preseason in brief action against the Arizona Cardinals.
So now Vegas might need to turn to rookie Mike Washington Jr. for the time being.
