Head coach Mike Macdonald quickly sought answers. He asked one of his assistants what happened, and the staffer confirmed his worst fears. Macdonald’s reaction said it all: “Oh f***.”

The injury halts a promising career trajectory for the 28-year-old undrafted gem out of UCLA. Bobo carved out a significant role for himself over the last few seasons, becoming a reliable target and a core special teams contributor. The team officially placed him on season-ending injured reserve on Wednesday.

Losing Bobo only adds to the recent frustration in the Pacific Northwest.
