Kody Clemens delivered one of the most unforgettable finishes of the 2026 MLB season Thursday, crushing a walk-off grand slam to lift the Minnesota Twins to a 4-3 victory over the Kansas City Royals at Target Field.
The dramatic blast from Clemens erased a three-run deficit in the bottom of the ninth and instantly became one of the rarest plays in baseball history.
