If you were wondering why Shania Twain wasn’t at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding, blame Harry Styles, who’s on his Together, Together Tour.

During a recent interview (via The Taylor Swift Updates), Twain revealed that she had already committed to going to Styles’ show before receiving the wedding invite. She didn’t want to back out on Styles.

“I’m sad that I couldn’t go. I would have gone by choice for sure; I had to take a rain check for my congratulations to them [Taylor and Travis] in person. Taylor, I love her, and I would have loved to give her that big day hug, but I had committed to Harry Styles being a guest at Wembley Stadium for the 12 shows; it was falling right in those dates… It was not a regret, but I’m sad I couldn’t do both. But Taylor had a lot of support and hugs but I hope she missed me”

There you have it. Twain sounds like she would have loved to go, but she had prior commitments. It doesn’t sound like she has any “regrets,” though.
