Paul McCartney’s daughter Stella celebrates Taylor Swift wearing her dress after ‘beautiful’ wedding

During a recent night out with her husband, Travis Kelce, in New York City, singer-songwriter Taylor Swift wore a dress designed by Paul McCartney’s daughter, Stella.

McCartney raved about Swift wearing a dress that is now available for purchase. The sleek “shimmering” grey dress is a highlight from her latest line.

Swift wore the dress on one of her first date nights out after her wedding, which was an “early birthday gift” for McCartney, who wrote, “The last time I saw Taylor was at her beautiful wedding. What an amazing early birthday gift it is to see her in our shimmer, bias-cut dress and Frayme bag in scale-embossed UPPEAL [trademark symbol emoji],” on Instagram.

Of course, having the biggest pop star in the world wearing something you designed is a grand achievement. As McCartney put it, “To have that work showcased to the world like this makes me so proud.”

Stella McCartney is one of Paul and Linda’s daughters. She created her own fashion label in 1997, and she has even worked with Adidas.

Paul McCartney was among the performers at Swift and Kelce’s wedding. He performed The Beatles’ “I Want to Hold Your Hand.” This was the first time since the ’60s that a member of the Fab Four performed the hit song.

He was not the only performer, as Stevie Nicks and Avril Lavigne also reportedly performed at the wedding. Adam Sandler also officiated the nuptials. He previously starred in Happy Gilmore 2 alongside Kelce.

McCartney is no stranger to live performing. He is coming off the fourth year of his Got Back Tour, which came back to North America in the fall of 2025. Earlier in the year, he performed a couple of shows at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles, California, and at Apple’s 50th anniversary celebrations. He also released an album, The Boys of Dungeon Lane.
