Jake Paul gifts Ellie Scotney a Mercedes Benz after historic achievement

Last week, British boxer Ellie Scotney created history and made a record when she became Britain’s youngest undisputed champion, male or female, at age 28. Earlier this year in Apr. 2026, Paul had made Scotney an offer.

As per the offer’s terms, if the then-unified junior featherweight champion defeated Mayelli Flores to stay undefeated, Paul promised to buy Scotney a brand new car. And after Scotney kept her side of the promise, Paul did so too.

Scotney secured a unanimous decision victory over Flores on Apr. 5, 2026, maintaining her undefeated record at 12-0. This win allowed her to claim Flores’ WBA belt and, in doing so, she became Britain’s youngest undisputed champion. The extremely close fight was scored 96-94, 100-90 and 100-90.

On Saturday, Jun. 27, 2026, Most Valuable Promotions, which Paul co-founded alongside Nakisa Bidarian, posted a video on social media of Scotney receiving Paul’s promise of a new vehicle. The video shared on social media showed Paul gifting Scotney a brand new Mercedes-Benz car.

“Jake Paul kept his word & got Ellie Scotney a brand new Mercedes for becoming UK’s youngest undisputed champion in history,” MVP’s official social media account wrote. “Well deserved champ.”

The female boxer was taken aback and stood in awe as she soon enjoyed the car’s beauty. “Jake Paul, honestly, I’m lost for words,” Scotney said when thanking Paul. She also made a promise of her own in return to Paul. “When you’re in London, I owe you an Uber,” Scotney said. While a few months late, Paul still kept his word and gave Scotney her much-deserved gift.
