Brawl Stars Damian Guide – Best Setup for New Mythic Brawler

In this Brawl Stars Damian Guide, we’ll take a look at the newest Mythic Brawler, his attacks, stats, and skills and create the best build possible. Damian is the third member of Draco and Lumi’s trio, and is definitely the tankiest. He possesses short-range attacks with a unique effect that adds extra… flare. Without further ado, let’s take a look at Damian.

Brawl Stars Damian Guide – How To Unlock The Newest Mythic Brawler

Overall, you can unlock Damian in Brawl Stars in one of the following ways:

  • Unlock him on Starr Road for 1,900 Credits (349 Gems/Two Brawler Vault Keys) when he releases on Tuesday, May 5th, 2026.
    • Damian must be your selected brawler on Starr Road to make sure your credits go towards unlocking him.
  • Purchase Damian (or his Value Pack) from the Shop – $14.99 for the Brawler only OR $24.99 for the Value Pack (Limited Time Deal)
    • Overall, the Value Pack includes both of Damian’s Star Powers and Gadgets
  • Collect Damian from the Damian Release Event via Damian Boxes before May 5th
  • Unlock Damian via Starr Drop, Chaos Drop, Mega Box, etc. (Chances of unlocking varies)

Brawl Stars Damian Guide – Attacks, & Stats Per Level

Damian’s Main Attack, Power Trio, is a short-range piercing attack. For every hit he lands, Damian fills up a bar. And when the bar is fully charged, he will have a brief opportunity to land a third, charged attack. This charged attack causes knock-back and marks the enemy. After a brief delay, all marked brawlers receive explosion damage.

However, Damian’s bar can completely reset if he misses an attack. At launch, he needs two hits to use his charged attack. Therefore, you must first land two consecutive hits without missing in order to activate the charged attack.

Damian’s Super, Mosh Pit, lets him jump a great distance to land near (or away) from enemies. When Damian lands, he spawns 10 speakers which surround him in a circular formation. Making contact with the speaker damages enemies and pushes them towards the center. Enemies trapped within this mosh pit can only escape or deactivate the pit by:

  • Defeating Damian
  • Destroying a Speaker
  • Wait for the Super’s effect to expire

Trying to enter the Super’s radius only pushes players away and does not damage them. Furthermore, Damian does not damage enemies if he lands on them.

Lastly, Damian possesses a trait that allows him to charge his Super when taking damage

Additionally, take a look at Damian’s Stats at launch:

Brawl Stars Damian Guide – Which Star Powers & Gadgets are the best?

Overall, Damian has two gadgets at launch:

  • Spiritual Healing – “Damian throws his microphone to a target location. The first teammate to pick it up is healed”
  • Wall of Sound – “Damian summons a temporary wall of indestructible amps!”

Additionally, Damian has two Star Powers:

  • Crowdkill – “Knocking a target onto a wall stuns them for 0.5 sec.”
  • Vulgar Display of Punch – “Damian has a flaming fist during his Super, which burns enemies.”

Furthermore, Damian can use the following gadgets in battle:

  • Speed
  • Vision
  • Health
  • Shield
  • Damage
  • Gadget Cooldown

Lastly, Damian’s Hypercharge, Jump In the Fire, lets him set fire to the ground when he lands after using his Super. The fire damages enemies trapped within a total of three times.

Brawl Stars Damian Guide – Recommended Star Power, Gadget, & Gear Setup

For Gadgets, I personally prefer Spiritual Healing because it heals a good amount of health, even for a tank like Damian. Furthermore, it can also be used to heal teammates, which helps a lot in team-based modes. Considering Damian needs to get up close and personal, being able to heal can make a huge difference.

For Star Powers, we slightly prefer Vulgar Display of Punch. While Crowdkill stuns enemies, it’s very situational and only works on maps with lots of walls. But throughout a match, those walls will be destroyed, giving you less opportunities. With VDP, you can assuredly jump on your enemy and beat them down with your charged attack.

For Gadgets, we recommend both the Shield and Damage Gear. Making Damian tankier will keep him alive just a bit longer. And when he does get low on health, he’ll deal more damage in a pinch.

Brawl Stars – Which Modes Should You Use Damian In (And Which Modes You Shouldn’t)

Gem Grab

Damian’s Health and Super make him a great teammate for Gem Grab. With his fast movement speed, he makes for a good gem carrier, and he can trap opposing gem grabbers with his Super. Since his attack pierces enemies, he can damage multiple foes at once if they all try rushing in for gems.

Hot Zone

Again, Damian’s health make him a great brawler to maintain a hot zone. Furthermore, he can trap enemies in or outside of his Super while he focuses on the objective. Pair him with someone like EMZ for coverage and Tara for crowd control.

Showdown

Damian works well in any form of Showdown thanks to his big health pool. If paired with someone like Poco, Byron, or better yet, Pam, he can stay alive longer and cause more mayhem. His Super can also be used to trap enemies with low power cube counts and cause mayhem.

Brawl Ball

Once more, the high HP and good Super make Damian a great choice for this mode. His Super allows him to block enemies in or outside of the goal, allowing him or his teammates a chance to score. Plus, his piercing attacks may work very well against a full on rush attack from the enemy.

Brawl Stars Damian Guide – What Modes Should I NOT Use Damian In?

Bounty/Knockout/Wipeout

I tend not to recommend this mode for close-range brawlers. Damian needs his Super to be useful in this mode, but it won’t always guarantee wipeouts. Furthermore, many brawlers possess stun and knock back abilities to keep him at bay when he gets too close.

Overall, that wraps up our Brawl Stars Damian Guide. Best of luck unlocking the newest Mythic Brawler!
