Kelsey Plum returns to Sparks practice for first time since injury as trade rumors swirl
The Los Angeles Sparks have floundered without Kelsey Plum in the lineup over the last month. LA is just 10-17 on the season and riding a six-game losing streak after losing a heartbreaker against New York. But that could all change now that Plum is finally close to returning from injury.
Plum was on the court participating in Thursday’s practice for the Sparks, per Justin Russo. This is the first time that Plum has been able to practice since suffering a left lower leg injury on June 21st.
This news come on the heels of rumors that Plum could be traded at the WNBA trade deadline.
