WWE stars Liv Morgan & Roxanne Perez put in concussion injury protocol after scary RAW moment

Injuries are a regular part of sports, especially in dangerous combat sports like MMA, boxing, professional wrestling, and others. With just days left for WWE WrestleMania 42, tragedy struck the Monday Night RAW roster.

Midway through the Apr. 6, 2026, episode of RAW, fans saw Stephanie Vaquer, Liv Morgan, and Roxanne Perez in a backstage segment. As the segment began, Vaquer ambushed both Morgan and Perez. However, while doing so, she pushed Morgan’s skull hard into Perez’s skull, leading to a scary collision between the two.

While Vaquer continued her attack on Morgan, Perez was kept off-camera. Later, hours after the show finished, Bryan Alvarez of WON reported that both Morgan and Perez are being evaluated for a possible concussion.

“Both Liv and Roxanne in concussion protocol after they clonked skulls HARD when Stephanie jumped Liv from behind. Hopefully we didn’t just witness a disaster affecting WrestleMania.”

The segment where the injury occurred saw Morgan and Perez discussing Perez’s return last week from injury. The former women’s champion brought up how it was former Judgment Day member Finn Bálor who brought her in. However, before more could be said, Vaquer interfered and attacked them from behind.

Perez, who had been sidelined due to the removal of a benign growth, made a comeback last week, assisting Morgan in an attack on Vaquer. Liv Morgan and Perez’s potential injury could put the WrestleMania 42 Women’s title match at risk. Earlier this year, Morgan won the 2026 Royal Rumble and selected Vaquer as her WrestleMania 42 opponent in Las Vegas, Nevada.
