Brentford to beat Leeds United @ 13/8

Both Brentford and Leeds United have begun the 2026/27 season with two successive wins and the Bees have scored nine goals across both of their matches.

A home clash with Tottenham to begin the season was always going to be tricky, yet the Bees negotiated it with ease, sealing a 3-0 victory.

That was followed up by a 6-1 thrashing of Birmingham in the EFL Cup in what has been a tremendous start to the campaign.

Leeds have also started well, but they haven’t defeated Brentford since May 2022 and Keith Andrews’ side can make it three consecutive victories on Sunday.

Chelsea to beat Brighton & Both teams to score – Yes @ 23/10

Under Xabi Alonso Chelsea have won both of their opening games to kickstart the new season. A 3-2 win over Fulham was followed by a routine 2-0 victory over Luton in the EFL Cup.

The Spaniard has managed to quickly get his players tuned into his system and, while still early, the Blues look more coherent than they did last term.

Brighton are no mugs, though, having secured back-to-back 4-0 wins in the Premier League and the Conference League.

The Seagulls have won four successive games against the Blues, but Chelsea’s last three wins in this fixture have featured both teams scoring.

Expect a home victory on Sunday, although Brighton will make it a closely fought contest.

Aberdeen or Draw – Double Chance vs Rangers, Dundee or Draw – Double Chance vs Hibs and Freiburg to beat Werder Bremen @ 24/5

Aberdeen host Rangers at Pittodrie on Sunday in the Premiership and the Light Blues will be low on morale after suffering a woeful Conference League exit on penalties in midweek.

The Dons can take full advantage of that loss, especially considering Rangers played 120 minutes away from home. Aberdeen have won just one of their previous seven games against the Light Blues, but expect them to further pile the pressure on Derek McInnes.

Dundee will also be hoping to take full advantage of Hibs’ European exertions by condemning them to defeat at Dens Park.

The Easter Road side suffered an agonising 3-2 aggregate loss to Gent on Thursday evening, despite leading 2-1 with 15 minutes to go.

On that basis, backing Dundee to at least get a draw is a solid bet.

Finally, Freiburg play their first Bundesliga match of the season against Werder Bremen. The German side enter the game just days after sealing a 7-2 aggregate win over Motherwell to reach the Conference League league phase.

Freiburg have won their previous four matches against Bremen, so expect them to claim their fourth consecutive win of the season on Sunday.
