Massive Mets’ Francisco Lindor injury update announced on Thursday
New York Mets star shortstop Francisco Lindor is recovering from a calf injury. According to Laura Albanese of Newsday Sports, Lindor, as well as outfielder Tyrone Taylor, will begin a rehab assignment at Double-A on Friday. Lindor still has work to do before returning, but the fact that he is beginning a rehab assignment is obviously an encouraging sign.
