Logan Cooley wires 1st playoff goal in Mammoth history past Carter Hart
The Utah Mammoth are playing in their first-ever playoff series. They drew a tough matchup against the Vegas Golden Knights. So far, though, they are standing up to the Pacific Division champions. And it was Logan Cooley who got the party started.
Cooley and Lawson Crouse worked a bit of a give-and-go situation in the offensive zone. Cooley dished the puck far side to Crouse, who sent it back the other way toward Cooley. The misdirection fooled Golden Knights goalie Carter Hart, and the Mammoth took a huge 1-0 lead in the game.
