Knicks guard Jalen Brunson’s take on OG Anunoby’s Game 4 heroics sums it all up
The New York Knicks just pulled off a miracle at Madison Square Garden. Trailing by as many as 29 points in the third quarter of Game 4 of the NBA Finals, New York roared back to shock the San Antonio Spurs with a breathtaking 107-106 victory, taking a commanding 3-1 series lead.
The undisputed hero of the night? OG Anunoby.
With the Knicks down by one point in the final seconds, Jalen Brunson missed a go-ahead jumper. Out of nowhere, Anunoby ghosted down the lane completely untouched and tipped in the game-winning bucket with just 1.2 seconds remaining on the clock. It capped a historic performance for the forward, who finished with 33 points on 10-of-15 shooting, including a scorching 7-of-9 from beyond the arc.
