Duff’s comparison to her tour to LeBron was in reference to the NBA star’s recent move to the Philadelphia 76ers. After spending eight years with the Los Angeles Lakers, last month declared that he would be joining the Philly team come the 2026-2027 NBA season.
The “Come Clean” star is not the only one showing LeBron love in Philly. Meek Mill gave LeBron a shoutout on X after he announced he was joining the 76ers.
“Philly on tilt,” the rapper wrote on X, adding several crown emojis.
Philadelphia Eagles’ Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts showed some love to LeBron.
“Welcome to the city!” Barkley posted on X, tagging James. “Let me know when you tryna tee it up.”
“I think for what he represents in sports and sports culture, it’s huge,” Hurts said via Dave Zangaro on X. “I think it’s huge for the City of Philadelphia. It’ll be exciting to have a figure like that in the city. What he’s done, one of the greatest to ever do it. I’m excited to be a part of that.”
LeBron has been showing Philly the love back by posting a video of him vibing to Meek’s new record and adding several steam out of nose emojis and some fire emojis. The former Los Angeles Laker star used his iconic “Dreams and Nightmares” song, which has been the soundtrack to the city since its release in 2012.

He shared his excitement on X as well, detailing that he is ready to bring a championship to the team.
“I believe I can help make the Philadelphia 76ers a championship team and I am so excited to energize a new fan base and start this incredible journey one last time,” James said on X last month.
The 2026-2027 NBA schedule has not yet been released but fans will be tuned in for LeBron’s 76ers debut.
