Enes Kanter Freedom whines that Sky’s Natasha Cloud should’ve been thrown out over Sophie Cunningham roast

While he attended the Chicago Sky and Indiana Fever’s recent game, Enes Kanter Freedom got heated with Natasha Cloud, and the altercation resulted in him being escorted out of the building.

However, he believes it should have been the other way around, thanks to Sky’s jab at the Fever’s guard Sophie Cunningham, who has made her trans athlete stance clear in the past.

According to Kanter Freedom, he celebrated a Cunningham basket by raising his hand, which prompted Cloud to allegedly say, “She’s not gonna sleep with you.”

Enes Kanter Freedom went on Fox News and revealed what Natasha Cloud said to him before he was ejected:

He clapped back at her claim, saying, “I’m not trying to sleep with her. I’m here to protect women and support my friend Sophie Cunningham.” Kanter Freedom was adamant that he wasn’t trying to “sleep with” Cunningham. Cloud’s reaction “confused” him.

She then started cursing at him, and Kanter Freedom was worried about the kids and teenagers in the stands. Kanter Freedom “got up” and toed the line, standing behind the baseline.

Ultimately, he was just befuddled by the situation, believing he should not have been ejected. He believes Cloud should have been thrown out for what she said to him.

On Sunday, Aug. 23, 2026, Kanter Freedom attended the Sky-Fever game, causing a scene, thanks to his shirt. He wore a shirt with the definition of woman. His verbal altercation with Cloud resulted in him being ejected from the arena.

Kanter Freedom has been very vocal about his stance on trans athletes in the WNBA. Earlier in August 2026, he declared for the 2027 WNBA Draft, claiming he was eligible to be a woman by self-identification.

The WNBA eventually decided that he (and Royce White) weren’t eligible. Regardless, he doesn’t appear ready to stop talking about the topic.
