Is Dodgers’ Tyler Glasnow making injury return tonight vs. Braves?

The Los Angeles Dodgers are set to play the Atlanta Braves on Tuesday night. Meanwhile, Tyler Glasnow has been working to return from a back injury concern. The Dodgers’ rotation already received a boost this month with Blake Snell’s return from injury, so is Glasnow returning soon as well?

Glasnow, who is 3-0 with a 2.72 ERA across seven starts this season, is indeed the scheduled pitcher for LA on Tuesday, per MLB.com.

The right-hander has been effective while on the mound since joining Los Angeles in 2024. The issue has been staying on the mound, however.

He made 22 outings in his firs season with the Dodgers, pitching to a 3.49 ERA during that span. In 2025, Glasnow turned in a 3.19 ERA across 18 starts. So far in 2026, he has made just seven starts as mentioned.

Injuries have unfortunately impacted Glasnow throughout his big league career. In fact, his 22 starts in 2024 represents his career-high. He has made more total appearances than 22 in a season, but he worked in a relief role early in his career with the Pittsburgh Pirates.

The Dodgers know how good Glasnow can be when he’s available. The goal will be to ease him back into the rotation and keep him healthy throughout the postseason. Glasnow could be a difference-maker in the playoffs.

For now, when it comes to the question of if Tyler Glasnow is returning from injury tonight vs. the Braves, the answer is yes.
