‘Victor Wembanyama’ makes appearance at Knicks’ championship parade

The New York Knicks are ready to celebrate their championship win, and the fans are ready to celebrate right along with them. Before the parade started, fans were seen in bunches getting ready to show love to their team, while also trolling the team they defeated to win the championship, the San Antonio Spurs.

More specifically, fans were seen trolling Victor Wembanyama, and they did it in several different ways. In one clip, Knicks fans are seen throwing a Wembanyama plush toy like a football to one another, while others are recording them doing so.

During another moment before the parade, someone was seen holding up a Wembanyama sign of him crying. There’s no doubt that they’re going to get out all the jokes, as long as it’s respectful.

As far as the team goes, they did their best on Wembanyama during the NBA Finals, even though he had some good performances here and there. In the end, it was their physicality on him that did the trick and threw him late in games, which is a big reason why the Knicks were able to come back and win throughout thr series.

For Wembanyama, he’s going to use this Finals experience as a learning lesson, as it’s only going to make him better for the rest of his career.

“This is the biggest learning moment of my life,” Wembanyama said after Game 5. “This has been a hell of a year in terms of experience. I don’t think we could’ve learned more and gained more experience in one season, one playoff run… It’s been full of lessons.”
