Taking place at White House for the first time, UFC Freedom 250 was headlined by Justin Gaethje and Justin Gaethje. The event took place on the same date as USA President Donald Trump’s birthday, which is Jun. 14, 2026, and celebrated the 250th anniversary of the United States Declaration of Independence.

A completely free-to-attend event, the show was mainly targeted at the country’s military. While fans were able to watch the show from a nearby viewing, the live event was mostly accessible via invitation. Several top WWE names represented the promotion at Sunday Jun. 14, 2026, UFC Freedom 250 card on the South Lawn of the White House.

Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque was seated alongside Roman Reigns on the south lawn for the event. The two were shown on camera right after Josh Hokit’s win against Derrick Lewis. Levesque is linked to the Trump administration as his role on the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition and being the son-in-law of Linda McMahon, the Secretary of Education.

Several WWE stars were also scheduled for the pre-event fan fest. The names of WWE Superstars who appeared at the Fan Fest included Charlotte Flair, The Miz, Trick Williams, Chelsea Green, The Usos, Tiffany Stratton, and Bron Breakker. Despite many stars missing out on the opportunity to attend the event, several had shown their interest in attending Freedom 250.

Apart from Reigns, Triple H, and Nick Khan, Shane McMahon and his son Declan McMahon also attended the event. Declan McMahon had shared a post on his social media where Khan and his father were seen.

WWE and its support for the Donald Trump administration

While the WWE management is a vocal supporter of the Donald Trump government, WWE’s Roman Reigns had also expressed his support last year.

“I support our president. Trump is one of those guys where he’s got a vast history and a huge background. He’s been in entertainment. He’s been in big business, politics. At this point, I’m supporting a bright future for our country. Positive and competent leadership. For us to be what we’re supposed to be—to be a world leader and carry that respect and do what a world power like us should be doing,” Reigns said while speaking to Vanity Fair.
