Over the weekend, FC Barcelona faced Real Madrid, and their match ended in a win, much to the amusement of Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Olivia Rodrigo.
She had a busy weekend, traveling to Spain to attend Barcelona’s match against Real Madrid. Rodrigo recently collaborated with the football club, selling customized jerseys and scarves with her logo.
Rodrigo posted a carousel of images and videos from her weekend with the caption, “Forca Barca!!!! thx a million 4 having me [FC Barcelona and Spotify; trophy and red heart emojis].”
Barcelona beat Real Madrid 2-0 on Sunday, May 10, 2026. They made two of their 10 shot attempts in the match and held on to win.

In addition to attending the match, Rodrigo had a show to play. She performed a Spotify Billions Club show, which celebrates artists’ songs with more than a billion streams on the platform. Recently, Bad Bunny performed one of these shows after headlining the Super Bowl 60 Halftime Show.
Her biggest songs, from “Deja Vu” to “Drivers License” have more than one billion streams. “Deja Vu,” “Traitor,” and “Drivers License” all have more than two billion. “Vampire,” the lead single from her Guts album, has more than 1.6 billion streams.
The setlist included Rodrigo’s biggest hits and her latest single, “Drop Dead.” Eight of the 14 songs performed (via Setlist.fm) were from her debut album, Sour. Five were from Guts, and one was from her upcoming album, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love.
Rodrigo’s invite-only show was held at Teatre Grec in Barcelona, Spain. The iconic venue has been open since June 1929, and it features under 2,000 seats, making the show intimate.
