New ICE report emerges on WWE star Ludwig Kaiser’s arrest
Rising WWE Superstar Ludwig Kaiser aka Marcel Barthel, was recently arrested in Florida. Kaiser, also known as El Grande Americano across both WWE and Mexican wrestling promotion AAA, found himself arrested on battery charges.
He was reportedly arrested today, May 20, 2026, on charges of battery in Orange County, Florida. In an update shared on the Recently Booked website, the records of Barthel’s arrest were publicly displayed. According to the records, he was booked in Orange County, Florida, on May. 20, 2026, at 2:37 PM. Later, PWInsider confirmed through their report that Barthel was bonded out of Orange County Corrections on a $1000 bail.
Later, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful shared a couple more detailed updates on Kaiser’s arrest. While he first shared that the arrest was not due to domestic battery, but due to a complaint filed by another male. Sean Ross Sapp later shared more details from the Florida Affidavit for Arrest.
Now, a few hours later, trusted media personality Raj Giri shared a new report on Kaiser’s arrest, which seemingly talks about the WWE Superstar’s side of the story and involves mention of ICE.
“This is what I heard regarding the Ludwig Kaiser situation. He was in the apartment elevator with Andrea Bazarte and they were being affectionate, but nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. [Richard] Reap allegedly didn’t say anything in the elevator but once he got out on the 12th floor, he allegedly said something to Kaiser to the effect of ‘you need to show some f’n respect before I call ICE on that b**ch.’ Kaiser got out of the elevator and they had a little scuffle, but no punches were apparently thrown,” Giri wrote.
As of now, there have been no more updates on the situation.
