NBA rumors: Chad Johnson doubling down on sources telling him Giannis Antetokounmpo is getting traded to Heat

With the rumors continuing around the Miami Heat and Giannis Antetokounmpo, it seems that the basketball world is close to hearing a resolution on the matter. As the Heat are labeled as a finalist for Antetokounmpo, the Boston Celtics are perceived as having a real shot for the superstar, though Chad Johnson believes that’s all noise.

Speaking on his and Shannon Sharpe’s show “Nightcap,” Johnson has said many times that his sources tell him that Antetokounmpo is going to Miami. With the elevated speculation of Boston, Johnson doubles down on the matter.

“As y’all know, I’ve said it multiple times over the months. The sources that I do have, they know what they’re talking about,” Johnson said. “Which is why I’ve came on here and say things that I’ve said. All the other stuff, with Boston, and him going anywhere, none of that is going to happen. That’s just created dialogue to keep people guessing on where he might go.”
