Livvy Dunne stuns in first official look of Baywatch reboot in iconic red swimsuit

At long last, the first official picture from the Baywatch reboot series has been unveiled, and it shows Olivia “Livvy” Dunne in the iconic red swimsuit.

Dunne is seen alongside some of her co-stars like Shay Mitchell and Noah Beck. She is sporting her blonde hair with the bright red swimsuit.

The iconography is familiar to fans of the original series. Cast members will still be wearing the famous red lifeguard swimsuits. The cast features new stars and some familiar faces.

When does Livvy Dunne’s Baywatch reboot series come out?

The upcoming Baywatch series will premiere in January 2027. While that will be months removed from the summer, the series will bring viewers back to the sunny weather.

Fox Television Network president Michael Thorn explained the decision to have the show premiere midseason (via Deadline), saying, “We have a rich history of launching series midseason, we just did it most recently with Best Medicine and Memory of a Killer and Doc before that; it goes all the way back to Empire and the 9-1-1s and The Resident.”

While Thorn knows Baywatch “is a huge, huge priority,” he added that “we think we have a great opportunity to set the show up for success there.”

The new series is led by Stephen Amell, who was cast as an adult Hobie Buchannon. Hobie is the son of Mitch, famously played by David Hasselhoff. It’s unknown if Hasselhoff will appear in the show, but David Chokachi and Erika Eleniak will reprise their old roles from the original series.

Dunne leads the new cast members. Nader, Beck, Shay Mitchell, Jessica Belkin, and Hassie Harrison will also star in the series. Dunne was cast as Grace, who is described as a “highly enthusiastic junior lifeguard.”
