LeBron James given 1% chance of becoming a WWE wrestler

WWE and entertainment have always worked hand in hand. From the involvement of Mr.T at WWE WrestleMania 1 to the much more recent celebrity appearances. From Travis Scott appearing at WWE WrestleMania 41 to Pat McAfee and Lil Yachty appearing at this year’s WrestleMania.

Recently, rumors also emerged about Tom Brady and Stephen A. Smith becoming a part of the WWE programming. However, while that has not happened yet, former Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio was recently asked about the chances of LeBron James becoming a WWE Superstar.

“One. I’ve seen the way he plays basketball. You think he can handle being inside a ring?” Mysterio said. James is a four-time NBA champion, although “Dom” believes that is not enough to have a successful WWE career.

While James has not yet officially competed in WWE, fans might remember NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal’s brief stints at WWE and AEW. Despite their height advantage, the big men had trouble moving inside the squared circle easily, like the rest of the roster. LeBron James has yet to address Mysterio’s comments officially.

WWE’s Dominik Mysterio once addressed his nepo baby status

Last year, ahead of WWE SummerSlam, Dominik Mysterio appeared for a chat with ClutchPoints, where he opened up about his status as nepo baby. “Honestly, it was kind of accepting the nepotism,” he revealed, “because hell yeah, I’m a nepo baby. Who cares, right? What are you gonna do? Take it away from me? Good luck; I’m already in it. Once you get your foot in the door, it’s too late,” Mysterio said.

While Mysterio is no doubt the son of WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio, he has already made a name for himself on the roster and is a multi-time champion.
