Commanders’ imminent Stefon Diggs signing won’t make Brandon Aiyuk happy
It’s no secret that the Washington Commanders are in need of a wide receiver, as the group is rather questionable behind Terry McLaurin. While San Francisco 49ers’ disgruntled wideout Brandon Aiyuk has proclaimed he will play for Washington, it appears the front office is pivoting to Stefon Diggs.
On Wednesday, reports indicate that Diggs, who is 32 years old, is signing with the Commanders, according to NFL insider Jordan Schultz. The details of the contract are currently unknown, but the soon-to-be 12-year veteran is heading to Washington.
“BREAKING: The Commanders are signing 4x Pro Bowl WR Stefon Diggs, multiple sources tell me,” Schultz reported.
