Knicks’ Josh Hart hilariously tells Jose Alvarado to ‘shut up’ over claim

The New York Knicks are still enjoying their offseason, but Josh Hart is already in his A-game—in trolling on social media.

Even amid their much-deserved break, Hart has not missed a beat. He is like the Mikal Bridges of X. With a higher efficiency rating.

Hart attended the wedding of Karl-Anthony Towns and Jordyn Woods in Malibu, California on Saturday. Also present were Jalen Brunson, OG Anunoby, Miles McBride, Jose Alvarado, and Trey Jemison. A fan reposted a picture of them, adding the caption: “The trade really changed Alvarado’s whole life.”

Alvarado reposted it and joked: “I changed their lives!”

Of course, Hart, who has never taken a shot he didn’t like on X, saw it and wrote a touching message for Alvarado. Because what are teammates for, right?

Just in case you were living under the subway and it is your first time discovering Hart, he was only ribbing Alvarado.

But then again, it’s the internet, where misinterpreting stuff is almost a requirement. So, of course, Hart’s quip flew over their heads.

“Alvarado in Game 4 changed lives,” said @howyadoiiiiiiin.

“Josh, your lil’ bro ain’t just changed your life, he saved your life! Jose’s 360 spin layup changed s***! Your missed layup almost changed s*** for the worse,” added @smoothington.

“You literally blew the game off a missed layup. We watched Jose knock down a clutch three, bounce pass to OG in the corner. You only got a job because you and JB are best friends. U NOT DAT GUY, PAL,” wrote @Bklynhii.

“We love you, Josh, but don’t disrespect our GOAT,” stated @angouma_la.

“Ironically enough, he saved you PERSONALLY from blowing that wide-open layup in Game 4,” commented @tykinggg.

Ironically enough, Hart and Alvarado are probably just PERSONALLY laughing at the reactions.

And that is why they are world champions.
