Hull eye Chelsea midfielder as they target five new signings in transfer deadline spree
Hull City are targeting up to five new signings before the transfer window closes, talkSPORT understands.
They include Chelsea midfielder Dario Essugo, with a potential deal being considered.

The Tigers sit second in the Premier League having won their first two matches of the season following promotion last term.
Sergej Jakirovic has already added 12 new players to his squad this summer.
Those include a club-record deal for centre-back Nobel Mendy.
Hull transfer plans
A further defender could join before the transfer window closes at 11pm on Tuesday, though.
Hull have an agreement in place with Stuttgart for right-back Josha Vagnoman.
Personal terms are being discussed with the 25-year-old ahead of a possible move to the MKM Stadium.
Vagnoman, who has two caps for Germany, made 27 Bundesliga appearances last season.
As for Essugo, he is one of three current midfield targets for Hull.
Strasbourg are also interested in a loan move for the 21-year-old.
However, Essugo would prefer to join the Tigers over heading to Ligue 1.

The former Portugal youth international is one of several midfielders being considered ahead of the deadline.
Essugo has yet to be included in a matchday squad by new Chelsea boss Xabi Alonso this season.
Jakirovic is also looking to sign a new striker before the window closes.
Joe Gelhardt has already joined the club on a permanent deal from Leeds United following two previous loan spells.
However, an ankle injury has left Oli McBurnie as the only recognised senior striker available to Jakirovic.
Hull followed up their opening weekend win over Manchester United with another victory on Saturday.

Liam Millers’ effort clinched all three points away to fellow newly-promoted side Coventry City.
The Tigers host Aston Villa in their next Premier League outing on Saturday, September 5, with kick-off at 5.30pm.
