After being spotted in Utah recently, it’s now confirmed that Mike Vrabel underwent marriage counseling with his wife, Jen, and reports have surfaced about how it went in the middle of the ongoing Dianna Russini scandal.

Page Six reports that the Vrabels had an early dinner at a hotel restaurant in Park City, Utah, on Sunday, Apr. 26, 2026. A source noted that the couple was “cordial and talkative, but not overly flirty.” The report dubbed this meeting an “emergency 24-hour marriage summit.”

According to the source, the meeting lasted about an hour and a half, and they noted that the Vrabels “talked,” adding that “they seemed fine. It was a friendly, regular meal.”

Mike reportedly flew back to Boston, Massachusetts, on Sunday, Apr. 26, following the counseling, as he was back with the New England Patriots on Monday, Apr. 27. His wife, meanwhile, apparently flew into Utah on Saturday, Apr. 25, from Nashville, Tennessee, and flew back on Tuesday, Apr. 28.

Utah is a neutral site for the Vrabels. According to Page Six, they own a vacation home there. They also have a house in Nashville, where Vrabel once coached the Titans.

The Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini scandal

The last month has been a whirlwind for Vrabel and Russini, whose worlds have been turned upside down with the scandal. It all started when Page Six published photos of them together at a Sedona resort. Given that they are both married to other people, this caused a stir.

While they both denied any wrongdoing, the situation has continued to escalate. Russini was suspended by and later resigned from The Athletic, where she was the lead NFL insider, while Vrabel is still the head coach of the Patriots, heading into his second year in the position.

More pictures have since surfaced of the two dating back to 2020. They were seen kissing in a New York City bar in 2020 and later at a casino in 2024 after he was fired by the Titans.
