Graphic warning: WWE star Roman Reigns suffers bloody injury on RAW

The latest attack by Jacob Fatu after WWE Backlash resulted in Roman Reigns suffering a bloody injury on Monday Night RAW on May 11, 2026.

After RAW went off the air, fans noticed that Reigns was being helped to the back while a towel was being held on his elbow by a WWE official.

As some fans pointed out, he suffered the gash during his physical altercation with Fatu. He rammed himself into Reigns, who was standing by the barricade, while The Usos (Jey and Jimmy) helped him up. At this point, Fatu had already thrown Reigns through the announcer’s table.

Roman Reigns and Jacob Fatu’s  WWE feud is only just beginning

Reigns survived Fatu at Backlash on May 9, 2026, in their first singles match. The “Tribal Chief” defended the World Heavyweight Championship against the “Samoan Werewolf.”

However, this doesn’t appear to be the end of their feud. Fatu won’t fully “acknowledge” Reigns, despite the “Tribal Chief” winning their match.

It’s unknown when their next match will take place. Clash in Italy could be a possibility, as it is being held at the end of the month, on May 31.

There’s always a chance that it continues throughout the rest of the summer. Night of Champions will be held at the end of June, and before you know it, SummerSlam will be here.

Reigns just won the World Heavyweight Championship for the first time from CM Punk. Their match was the main event of WrestleMania 42, and Reigns won in dramatic fashion. Reigns earned his title shot by winning the 2026 Men’s Royal Rumble on Jan. 31. He outlasted 29 other Superstars to win the annual battle royal.

Now, he begins his latest world championship reign. He famously held the Undisputed WWE Championship for 1,316 days before losing the title to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40.
