But Dallas just dropped another bombshell update that is bad news for one of their best offensive players.
Cowboys EVP Stephen Jones announced on Wednesday that Dallas will make Pickens play on the franchise tag in 2026, per Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team.
Jones added that there will be no long-term contract extension for Pickens this offseason.
