Toronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Shane Bieber was placed on the 15-day injured list Tuesday due to right teres major inflammation, the team announced. The move is retroactive to August 21. Right-handed pitcher Chad Dallas has been recalled from Triple-A in a corresponding move.
