18-year-old prospect leaves rival in agony with sickening body-shot KO on Oleksandr Usyk undercard
Sultan Almohammed scored an impressive victory in his fourth professional fight.
The Saudi prospect was in action on the undercard of the historic event at the Pyramids of Giza headlined by Oleksandr Usyk’s clash with Rico Verhoeven.

He was looking to score a third consecutive stoppage to make another statement.
And he did so in devastating fashion in front of the picturesque setting and boxing’s top brass.
His 39-year-old foe was on the back foot from the very opening bell.
And it was only a matter of time before he started to hit the target and found his breakthrough.
Almohammed’s brutal KO
Almohammed was teeing off his opponent who as many expected looked out of his depth.
It was a right hand which crushed into the guard that telegraphed a whipping left hook to the body.
The shot detonated right into the midriff of Indonesian minnow Dedy Imprax.
Imprax immediately doubled over wincing in agony as he was counted.
The referee waved off the bout as he showed no sign of moving from the canvas.
Pain was etched on his face as he didn’t move and held his midriff after the sickening blow.
He didn’t move for quite some time and his corner gave him the attention he needed.
It is unclear if the shot did any lasting damage or inflicted injury, but he eventually left the ring after recovering from the winding punch.
For Almohammed, he will be happy to make his mark on another big bill, in the fourth country he has fought in.
There are hopes from Saudi boxing chief Turki Alalshikh that his charge can become a superstar on home soil and globally.
The Abel Sanchez-trained charge has yet to face any significant opposition at featherweight.
But hopes will be that he can continue to build his experience and continue his winning streak.
