WWE star Alexa Bliss still selling injury after SmackDown scare

In the latest edition of WWE’s Friday Night SmackDown, fans witnessed Alexa Bliss suffer a serious injury scare. Midway through the show, Jade Cargill launched a brutal attack on Bliss and snapped her arm while trapping it inside a steel chair. The result of the attack left Bliss with a twisted and nasty-looking arm.

Later on social media, Bliss shared the aftermath of the attack with bruise marks all over her elbow and upper arm. She has now continued to show the injury with her latest social media move. In a recent public upload, Bliss shared a video of her having a makeup session with her arm brace still on. The video soon went viral as people started guessing it to be kayfabe, rather than a real injury.

“Selling the double jointed elbow well,” wrote one fan. While another person commented, “Nice to see she’s selling the broken arm storyline. True professional.” Another person joined in and wrote, “I’d sell it as well for a lil time off and for her to be with the hubs and daughter.”

The injury took place after Bliss and Cargill faced off in a singles match on SmackDown. During their bout, Cargill took advantage of the ringside chaos among Michin and B-Fab, and Charlotte Flair. Capitalizing on the moment, Cargill hit Bliss with her Jaded finisher to win the match. She then continued the ambush and trapped Bliss’ arm in a chair before snapping and injuring it. Bliss is currently in a tag team with Charlotte Flair, with whom she is a former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion.
