Why Kim Kardashian’s kids are ‘fascinated’ by Lewis Hamilton

F1’s newest couple is officially here? While rumored to be dating for several months now, Ferrari’s Lewis Hamilton almost confirmed his relationship with Kim Kardashian at the Monaco GP after securing P2.

Now weeks later, one of US Weekly’s sources close to Kim Kardashian has opened up about her children’s reaction to Hamilton. According to the source, “Kim K’s” children are fond of Hamilton and “fascinated” by his profession.

The source reported to US Weekly that Hamilton has met and “spent time” with all of Kardashian’s children, North, 13, Saint, 10, Chicago, 8, and Psalm, 7. “Lewis [Hamilton] loves kids, so it’s been fun for him,” the insider shared while referring to Kardashian’s children, whom she shares with her ex-husband Kanye West. “The kids think Lewis is really cool, especially Chicago and Saint, who are completely fascinated by the fact that he drives race cars for a living.”

“Kim jokes that having Lewis around has officially made her the ‘cool mom’ in their eyes,” the insider source further told US Weekly.

During the podium celebrations, Hamilton blew a flying kiss toward Kardashian and followed it up by sharing his gratitude to Kardashian. After the race, Hamilton expressed his feelings about having Kardashian at the tracks.

“It’s amazing to have her come this weekend and have the support. But, you know, with my friends, incredible turnout, just overall, the people. It’s amazing to have good people around you and good people supporting you, and she does that for me every day,” Hamilton said at the press conference. (via The Athletic)
