Warriors’ Draymond Green spotted hanging out with LeBron James again amid free agency chase

LeBron James may have the entire NBA world at a standstill after informing the Los Angeles Lakers that he will be joining another team as an unrestricted free agent. However, he appears to be making the most of his time off even as a range of teams chase his signature.

That includes the Golden State Warriors, and Draymond Green has not made it a secret that he is working hard to convince LeBron James to join. The two recently played golf against none other than actor/comedian Kevin Hart, who they seem to have beaten 3-0, per a post on X by Heat Central.

“I’m up 3-0, you ain’t beat me yet. I’m cooking you. You know how many teams came back from 3-0? None!” LeBron said, leading to a confused Hart suggesting that James’ Cavaliers came back from 3-0.

However, LeBron was quick to correct him, ad was seen joking . In another clip, Draymond Green was seen roasting Hart on his golf skills, per HITC.

“You f—— stink! Why are you out here? You shouldn’t be here. You’re here because you’re Kevin Hart. You stink!”

Regardless, Green hanging out with LeBron may have come at an opportune time if the Warriors actually end up snagging the latter. The 41-year-old is behind the scenes working towards narrowing down his next team. Golden State were initially known to be ahead in the race, with a range of other interesting possibilities also said to be under consideration.

That includes a potential union with Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bam Adebayo at the Miami Heat, with the Philadelphia 76ers also said to be under major consideration. However, this appears to be James’s final chance of potentially joining forces with Stephen Curry before the end of his career. He has previously stated multiple times that his game potentially aligns perfectly with that of the Warriors legend, and it remains the one conclusion every basketball fan would love to see unfold from the saga.
