The Oklahoma City Thunder are one game away from making it back to the NBA Finals, but the San Antonio Spurs won’t make it easy on them. Game 5 was big for the Thunder to grab a 3-2 series lead, but there were also some funny things that happened during the game.

One of them was when Tony Brother called Lu Dort for a foul, and the Thunder guard couldn’t believe it. While he was trying to plead his case, Brothers shot a smile at him, and Dort gave him a smile right back. That moment led to a meme that has gone viral for the past two days, and many people are putting their own spin on it.

Everyone in the comments has given them props on the pull, and it arguably might be the best one on social media so far.

It feels as if it’s been a war between the teams and referees in this series. Stephon Castle was one of the players to call out how the referees seem to let things slide when the Thunder are defending them.

“I just think with the way they guard, how physical they are, we don’t get that same luxury to be able to play as physical on the other end at times,” Castle said.

Honestly, this has been a gripe that most of the league has had with the Thunder this season, so it’s no surprise that somebody is saying something now. At the same time, the Thunder could say that the Spurs have gotten away with some things this series as well, but there haven’t seemed to be many complaints on their side.
