The only player in attendance at 2026 NFL Draft who took a 30 visit to Steelers

It’s hard to believe that the 2026 NFL Draft is one day away. It seems like the offseason drags on until the draft happens, and then everything gets ramped up quickly as the start of the next season is just a few months away. This weekend will be one for the books, especially if all the rumors turn true on the influx of trades expected.

One player who could see a team trade up to draft him is wide receiver Makai Lemon. Lemon will be selected in the first round on Thursday, but the team has not yet been decided. Lemon could be drafted in the Top 10, or he could even fall toward the end of the first round, depending on what wideouts get selected ahead of him. Between him, Carnell Tate, Jordyn Tyson, Omar Cooper Jr, and Denzel Boston, you really don’t know what order they will go in. Based on the latest mock drafts, Tate is expected to be the first one taken because of his experience playing with Ohio State for years.

Lemon visited all 30 teams with picks in the first round on Thursday. Lemon was also the only one to visit the hometown team for the draft, the Pittsburgh Steelers. When that pick gets announced in Pittsburgh, the city will be very loud. Here is what Lemon had to say about it.

“I’m loving it (Pittsburgh) every time I come back,” Lemon said. “A week ago was my first time. Being out here and seeing the city more is definitely cool. I am prepared for anything.”

If the Steelers land Lemon, he would emerge as a star very quickly.
