Chargers’ Justin Herbert has the ‘strength of 10 men’ according to Jim Harbaugh
Justin Herbert earned huge praise from Jim Harbaugh as both parties help the Los Angeles Chargers gear up for the 2026 NFL season.
Herbert is entering the seventh year of his career with the Chargers. He shines as one of the best quarterbacks in the league, often leading the squad with playoff contention status.
Harbaugh prepares for Year 7 as a head coach in the NFL, his third with the Chargers. He has granted stability to Los Angeles with his winning style, looking to get them over the Wild Card hump.
Harbaugh took part in an interview on PFF on Friday. He discussed multiple topics about Los Angeles, including the durability and strength Herbert has. As a former quarterback himself, Harbaugh acknowledged Herbert having the edge over him.
“I really thought I was the toughest QB I’d ever been around until Justin. I mean, a guy that can play with a broken hand. The next week, he’s stiff-arming a guy in a game. The strength of 10 men. It’s incredible. Let’s just say I’m glad he’s on our team,” Harbaugh said.
