‘Sounds like’ Odell Beckham Jr. has made Giants roster, per broadcaster
Odell Beckham may have secured himself a place on the New York Giants roster as the preseason comes to a close this weekend.
Beckham is preparing for the 11th season of his NFL career, his sixth with the Giants. He returns to New York after last representing the Empire State from 2014 to 2018, having shined as one of the best receivers in the league.
The veteran receiver worked out for New York this summer, reuniting with John Harbaugh after playing for him on the Baltimore Ravens in 2023. Looking to prove himself as a key player in the receiving corps, he has been active throughout the preseason.
Beckham made his first highlight in the Giants’ preseason finale against the New York Jets on Friday night. It took place midway through the first quarter with a solid catch as the broadcasting booth mentioned the receiver’s place on the roster.
“Talking to the Giants people sounds like OBJ is going to make the team,” the booth said.
