RJ Barrett has huge praise for Cavs’ Donovan Mitchell, James Harden: ‘They’re a problem’
RJ Barrett didn’t hold back on what the Toronto Raptors have to do about Donovan Mitchell and James Harden following their Game 2 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday night.
Toronto finds itself in a tough spot after two games in the first-round series. The squad lost the opening pair of contests on the road, being unable to have an edge over the Cavaliers, who stand out as the favorite to advance from this series.
Mitchell and Harden have shined as a duo, combining for 58 points as they torched the Raptors’ defense in the process. Barrett, who had 22 points and nine rebounds on 10-of-13 shooting from the field, knows the primary objective for the team moving forward.
“To be honest, they’re a problem. They’re a problem. We gotta go watch the film and figure out how to fix that,” Barrett said after the game.

How Donovan Mitchell, Cavaliers played against Raptors
Donovan Mitchell, James Harden and the Cavaliers continued to defend homecourt in convincing fashion. The Raptors proved to be no match for them once again as they coasted to the 115-105 win over Toronto.
Cleveland led for the entire game as perimeter shooting and turnovers made the difference in this game. The Cavaliers prevailed in both categories as they made 13 3-pointers and limited their turnovers to 14. It wasn’t the same for the Raptors as they only converted seven triples and committed 22 turnovers.
Four players scored in double-digits for Cleveland in the win, including Mitchell and Harden. Mitchell led the team with 30 points, seven rebounds, five assists, and one block. He shot 13-of-23 overall, including 4-of-10 from downtown. Harden came next with 28 points and five steals, Evan Mobley had 25 points and eight rebounds, while Jarrett Allen provided 10 points and three blocks.
The Cavaliers will look to take a 3-0 series lead when they face the Raptors on the road in Game 3. The matchup is set for April 23 at 8 p.m. ET.
