RedAxePlay casino review, features and bonuses for 2026
RedAxePlay, which currently trades as RedAxePlay, is a fully licensed UK casino and sportsbook run by ProgressPlay Limited. The site launched in 2021 and it has a UK Gambling Commission license (under number 39335) as well as a Malta Gaming Authority license. As of writing, the site has somewhere north of 3,800 games in the lobby, which includes slots, live dealer tables and then the sportsbook on the same domain.
It’s got an average welcome bonus (average compared to some competitors in 2026 anyway), which comes in at 25% match up to £50 plus 20 free spins with a 10x wagering cap. Beyond that, the site does not have a dedicated app (correct as of writing), cash withdrawals tend to get processed within a day or so and the current minimum deposit on the site is £10.
Really, you need to look at RedAxePlay as a safe, mid-tier site rather than a headline grabber that will be trying to bring you in with fancy offers. Below, I’ll be going through how the payments work, mobile play, the overall casino experience and explain where RedAxePlay currently falls short in 2026.

Bonus offers at RedAxePlay online casino
RedAxePlay leads off on the casino welcome bonus front with a 25% deposit match up to £50 plus free spins when you deposit £10. As I’ve already mentioned the wagering on that is 10x, so you’d be looking at £500 in total stakes for that £50 bonus before you’re actually able to withdraw it. 10x might look like a generous wagering cap (especially if you’ve seen some of the 34-40x ones in the past), but it’s actually right on the legal limit imposed by the UKGC’s January 2026 cap. It’s worth noting as well that you’re excluded from the welcome offer if you use Skrill or Neteller to deposit, but that’s fairly standard practice now for casino bonuses and not a stingy one-off from RedAxePlay.
RedAxePlay does do a great job of keeping ongoing players hooked, though. The ongoing Promotions that the site offers are pretty strong, with Weekend Wheel of Spins (Friday to Sunday, obviously) and Midweek Wheel of Prizes (Wednesdays) each dropping a random 5 to 500 free spins based on you having deposited £20. On top of that, there’s an Up to 75 Free Spins deal (Thursday to Wednesday), a daily Mystery Box that gives you 25-100 random spins from Monday to Thursday and a Game of the Week.
It’s not just those standard offers either, as RedAxePlay also has seasonal offers like Epic August Action and Reel It In, which have a leaderboard sharing a £2,000 cash pool across the top 10 players on the site. Considering this is a mid-tier level site, I’d say the amount of offers on the table is pretty good, but what I would add is that the conversion is capped at £20, so if you do get 500 free spins then it is actually worth a lot less than the number might suggest. It’s good, but don’t get too excited if you hit a high number of free spins as the conversion rate is pretty low.
No deposit bonuses at RedAxePlay online casino
At the time of writing, RedAxePlay didn’t have a no deposit bonus. However, it’s a good idea to keep an eye on the bonuses and promotions section of the site, as there might be one in the future.
RedAxePlay online casino bonus codes
For the sign-up bonus at RedAxePlay, no bonus code is required. Just use the provided link to be eligible for the bonus.
It’s vital to read every promotion’s terms & conditions (T&C) so that you know if bonus codes are needed and how to use them.
RedAxePlay loyalty program
RedAxePlay has a full gamified Rewards Programme, and players get enrolled the moment they start playing on the site. Points for the Rewards Programme come in via two routes, which are Missions (random one-off tasks like trying a new game, claiming a bonus or triggering a specific slot mechanic) and just playing normally (this lifts your level and earns achievement badges to unlock further offers as you climb up the different ranks).
The points you get through the Rewards Programme can then be spent on freebies in the Reward Store like deposit boosts, free spins, cashback and other extras. That’s just the points, whereas your leaderboard position means you’re able to get drops like prizes, tournaments and first access to new releases. This sort of rewards system is what you’d come to expect from a forward-facing new casino, as it doesn’t stick to the standard Bronze-Platinum ladder and tries to make it a bit more like an Xbox Achievements style progression system.
Mobile play at RedAxePlay Casino
As I’ve already mentioned there’s no downloadable app for RedAxePlay, so you’re going to have to play it on browser whether you’re on iOS or Android. With that, I can’t give you any sort of app store rating (because there aren’t any) so there isn’t really a gauge of how other users feel about the mobile experience beyond sites like Trustpilot (which include everything, even beyond mobile use so it can get quite muddy).
What I will say is that the site works well on iOS, the browser experience is responsive and it loads the full lobby, cashier and live tables the same way it would on a desktop. The Progress Play platform in general is built mobile-first and they’ve kept that model for RedAxePlay. It is a limitation though, as many competitors do have apps that give you options like FaceID login, fingerprint recognition and push notifications that just aren’t going to get with RedAxePlay. If you’re looking to play on RedAxePlay daily then you’re really going to notice it, but if you’re casually playing then honestly I don’t think it will be as much of an issue for you.

What games can you expect at RedAxePlay Casino?
Game count is a real strong point at RedAxePlay, as the lobby currently holds 3,800+ games from some of the biggest providers on the market (Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt and Evolution are all on the site). Slots are the main core of the offering, with jackpots, Megaways and some classic titles meaning you’re very likely to find something you actually want to play rather than having to compromise.
The table games and video are also pretty well stocked, with blackjack, roulette, baccarat and a fairly deep video poker offering. But, it’s the live section that really shows off here, with 75+ tables streaming games powered by Evolution, Real Dealer and Vivo Gaming. If you’re looking for a site that really nails its live casino offering, then I can easily recommend RedAxePlay on that front.
The search function on the site also works well, which matters quite a bit when you’ve got quite a breadth of options like this. The Sportsbook and Bingo all sit alongside the Casino and Live Casino, and you can access everything through one login and one wallet. What I will say is that you aren’t going to get much in the way of exclusives at RedAxePlay, as most Progress Play sites will also hold the same sort of casino games (which is understandable).
3 highest RTP slots at RedAxePlay Casino
Bigger Bass Splash is the RTP leader on the site right now at 96.71%, with Book of Dead and Starburst coming in close behind. NetEnt’s staple game Starburst is a low volatility slot, so it’s a lot better if you’re looking to get lots of smaller wins, but Bigger Bass Splash and Book of Dead are where the high volatility/potentially big wins can come into play, but you need to have a lot of patience to deal with them, so bear that in mind before you deposit and start rolling.

Special features
There isn’t really one headline grabbing feature on RedAxePlay to write home about. Instead, it’s the fact that the full casino, sportsbook, quality live deal suite and bingo rooms all come together under one wallet and work well. The convenience here is the selling point they’re going for, and while they don’t have many headline attention-grabbing offers, what they do have is more than solid.
The Mystery Box promo I already brought up is one that is well worth actually taking up and keeping up with if you’re going to be using RedAxePlay quite frequently. It’s available once a day from Monday to Thursday and it drops a random 25-100 free spins once you’ve put down a £20 deposit.
The counter-point to all of the ups at RedAxePlay is again that originality factor. Again as this is a Progress Play platform the interface and the games on offer are pretty much the same across the ProgressPlay network, so you aren’t going to get any sort of signature mechanic, bespoke gaming studio or feature that you couldn’t just as easily get at another site that they’re operating. That’s helpful if you like how ProgressPlay set out their stall, but then it could also be the reason you want to look elsewhere.
Payment methods at RedAxePlay Casino
There are currently ten different payment methods available with RedAxePlay, which range from debit cards to e-wallets. Withdrawals, however, have a narrower set of seven options, which all carry a 1% fee which is capped at £3. It’s not a ton of winnings you have to pay back, but it’s worth knowing it’s there in the terms!
Withdrawals also start at a £10 minimum, with Visa/Mastercard debit, PayPal, MuchBetter and Payz all being at that minimum. Bank transfers are a far different proposition, as it is a £50 minimum to withdraw that way, with 24 hour processing and 2-5 days to actually appear in your account.
Payment method Minimum withdrawal Processing time Visa / Mastercard debit £10 24h processing, then 1-7 days PayPal £10 24h processing, then 1-3 days MuchBetter £10 24h processing, then 1-2 days Payz (formerly ecoPayz) £10 24h processing, then 1-2 days Bank transfer £50 24h processing, then 2-5 days
RedAxePlay Casino customer support
RedAxePlay has two main options for customers when it comes to support, with these being live chat and email. There’s also a searchable FAQ, which covers most of the genuine questions you’d expect to see, but the lack of a telephone line is a real letdown.
The live chat opens with a bot serving you some standard questions before you can actually get through to a member of staff who can help. That’s usually the case for most sites, but it’s still an annoying feature to run in to. Having said that, I managed to speak to an agent within a minute and they were able to answer a question about deposits in less than a minute after that, which is impressive.
What’s also really helpful is that you don’t need to have a funded account to chat to an agent or read the FAQ, so you can get some insight into how good the support service actually is before you deposit. Not every site offers this, so that’s a green flag to put against RedAxePlay.
Is RedAxePlay Casino safe?
Yes, RedAxePlay Casino can be considered a safe site to use for playing slots, sports betting, live casino or bingo. As I’ve already been over, the site has both UKGC and Malta Gaming Authority licenses, which means that you’re playing on frequently audited games, you’re getting ring-fenced funds and enforced KYC checks before you are able to withdraw. All data on the site moves via SSL encryption, the platform also carries PCI and Sectigo security certification and you’re able to turn on two-factor authentication. That’s a really solid set of safety barriers in place, so that’s why I can confidently say that RedAxePlay is safe to use.
Is RedAxePlay Casino committed to responsible gambling?
RedAxePay is fairly committed to responsible gambling, mainly because the site carries the standard UKGC-mandated toolkit and the site links out to GamStop and BeGambleAware in the footer of every web page, plus changes to your personal limit will only take effect after a seven-day cooling off period, which stops impulse increases in the moment.
Here is the current toolkit at RedAxePlay Casino:
- Deposit limit tool: Yes
- Wager limit tool: Yes
- Loss limit tool: Yes
- Time/session limit tool: Yes
- Self exclusion tool: Yes (plus Gamstop)
- Cool off/time-out tool: Yes
- Reality check tool: Yes/no
- Self assessment test: Yes (and available via GamCare)
- Withdrawal lock: Yes
RedAxe Casino compared to others
Compared to two other mid-tier operators in the UK, RedAxePlay’s welcome offer value comes up short. PlayOJO currently offers new players wager-free spins and Mr Vegas pairs a full 100% cash match with wager-free spins on top of that too (meaning that whatever you win you can keep and don’t need to playthrough like RedAxePlay’s 10x wagering).
Here is how all three sites stack up currently:
Feature RedAxePlay PlayOJO Mr Vegas Welcome bonus 25% up to £50 + 20 spins (10× wagering) 50-80 free spins, no wagering 100% up to £50 + 11 wager-free spins Amount of payment methods 10 for depositing and 7 for withdrawal Wide range Wide range Free spins 20 50-80 11 Match deposit 25% up to £50 None (spins only) 100% up to £50
My final verdict
I think that RedAxePlay is a solid site, it’s not one of the best online casinos, but it does all of the basics but you aren’t going to get anything here that you wouldn’t find anywhere else. If you want to have the option of playing both Casino and betting on a Sportsbook then RedAxePlay has you covered, but if you’re chasing the sharpest possible bonuses then you really need to look elsewhere because RedAxePlay won’t give you that.
Why do I like RedAxePlay Casino?
There are a few different things that I like at RedAxePlay, with the first being the promotions they have on offer. The (near) daily Mystery Box and seasonal Leaderboards help to keep things feeling fresh beyond signing up and the Rewards Programme gives you something to genuinely chip away/complete (i.e. the Missions). I like that the library on offer is deep, that the live tables are all from top quality studios and that the safety credentials on the site (dual licensing, encryption, 2FA et al) are all where they should be in terms of coverage. Getting withdrawals processed inside a day is respectable, if not mind-blowing in terms of speed, and the £10 deposit entry point keeps it reasonable for casual players.
What could RedAxePlay Casino do better?
There are three main things I think that RedAxePlay Casino could do better. First is the welcome offer, because 25% up to £50 is really thin next to some of the no-wagering offers that competitors are dishing out now, so I’d like RedAxePlay to either do a bigger match offer or just give those spins away wager free.
Secondly, the lack of an app is really jarring. There’s nothing wrong with browser play but a lot of players now expect there to be an app, so if you aren’t providing one then you’re already potentially sending away potential customers.
Finally, I don’t like the £20 conversion caps on the Mystery Box promotion. It’s all well and good winning 500 spins until you find out there’s a low cashing ceiling behind it, and I think that needs to be upped otherwise it’s not that strong a hook to keep players coming back in my opinion.
