There are two main channels that Karamba has for customer support, with those being live chat and email. Right now there’s no phone line, but that isn’t odd when it comes to older or even new casinos, as most have opted to just go the live chat route for instant guidance. Karamba compared to others

My final verdict

For me, Karamba is a dependable and well-regulated all-rounder of a casino, that gets the fundamentals right without trying to draw you in with some massive welcome bonus. With two decades of trading, a broad game library and dual licensing, you know you’re playing somewhere legitimate and above all else, fair. The lack of mobile app and a couple of banking gaps are what hold it back in my opinion, though.

Why do I like Karamba?

I really like the feel of the site, it’s fast and genuinely fun to actually navigate.
