PSG vs Liverpool LIVE commentary: Kick-off time, team news and how to follow Champions League quarter-final
Liverpool renew hostilities with Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday night in a thrilling Champions League quarter-final clash, live on talkSPORT.
Last year’s edition saw the Reds suffer a heart-breaking round of 16 exit at the hands of the French giants, who emerged victorious on penalties.

PSG went on to clinch a first-ever Champions League title, while Arne Slot’s side recovered to win the Premier League at a canter.
And while Luis Enrique‘s men now have their sights set on back-to-back European glories, Liverpool‘s fortunes have changed dramatically this season.
The Reds head into the PSG encounter knowing this is their only realistic opportunity to lift silverware this season.
A woeful league title defence sees them 21 points adrift of leaders Arsenal, while they were dumped out of the FA Cup on Saturday in a 4-0 thumping by Manchester City.
Despite struggling domestically, Liverpool have been encouraging in Europe, and thrashed Galatasaray 4-0 to progress in the last round.
But PSG will take some beating, who booked their spot in the quarter-finals with an 8-2 aggregate demolition of Chelsea.

PSG vs Liverpool: Team news
Liverpool could be handed a major boost for their PSG quarter-final clash if British record signing Alexander Isak is declared fit to play.
The £125million man has been out since December after suffering a broken leg, but Arne Slot revealed following the Reds’ FA Cup exit that he could finally return to the squad on Wednesday night.
The Premier League side will be without injured goalkeeper Alisson against PSG, with Giorgi Mamardashvili again set to deputise.
Also set to miss the European encounter are long-term absentees Wataru Endo, Conor Bradley and Giovanni Leoni.
As for PSG, key player Bradley Barcola is a doubt, having been forced to miss both of France’s recent internationals with an ankle issue.
Meanwhile it remains to be seen whether Fabian Ruiz will be back in time for the first leg clash, who has been nearing a return from a knee injury which has ruled him out for nearly three months.

PSG vs Liverpool: What has been said?
After Liverpool’s FA Cup thrashing by Manchester City, Slot warned his side need to be much better at both ends of the pitch if they are to get a result against the European champions.
While City were dominant for large periods, the Dutchman insisted it could have ended differently had the Reds been more clinical.
Slot said: “One of the things we need to do if we play against Paris Saint-Germain or against Man City – teams of this level – you need to defend better than we did in the 20 minutes when we conceded the four goals.
“I think no-one will probably remember it but [in] the first 35 minutes there was a lot to like from my team. And it would be nice if we then can score a goal once in a while as well from the chances we create.
He added: “If you want to have a chance of beating Paris Saint-Germain, you have to do both parts better.
“If you generate chances, you have to score. And you cannot be so easily beaten with the four goals; three, because the penalty was between the other goals we conceded.
