Nike sends huge 3-word message after Caitlin Clark’s historic night in Fever win

Caitlin Clark garnered immense props for her incredible performance in the Indiana Fever’s win over the Chicago Sky on Sunday night. Nike was one of those entities that revealed their praises for the WNBA superstar.

Clark is a fellow client of Nike, releasing her shoes with the popular sports brand. They work in tandem to promote products in collaboration, allowing fans to purchase merchandise of the Fever star guard.

In 32 minutes of action, Clark balled out against the Sky defense. She finished with a stat line of 37 points, 10 assists, three rebounds, and one steal. She shot 13-of-24 from the field, including 8-of-12 from beyond the arc, and 3-of-4 from the free-throw line.

Nike didn’t take long to react to the news. The social media account made a short but clear post after the game, noting the many 3-pointers she made in the game.

How Caitlin Clark, Fever played against Sky

Caitlin Clark continues to shine as one of the top stars in the WNBA, leading the Fever to a 113-90 blowout win over the Sky on the road.

Four players scored in double-digits for Indiana in the win, including Clark. Kelsey Mitchell delivered a strong performance with 30 points, four assists, two rebounds, two steals, and one block. She shot 10-of-19 overall, including 6-of-9 from downtown, and 4-of-5 from the charity stripe. Lexie Hull came next with 14 points and two rebounds, while Makayla Timpson provided 12 points and nine rebounds.

Indiana improved to a 25-14 record on the season, sitting at second place in the Eastern Conference standings. They are above the New York Liberty and the Washington Mystics while trailing the Atlanta Dream.

The Fever will look forward to their next matchup, being at home. They host the Connecticut Sun as tip-off takes place on Aug. 28 at 7:30 p.m. ET.
