Kyle Lowry’s jersey retirement date is perfect
The Toronto Raptors will be having a retirement ceremony for Kyle Lowry this upcoming season, as his No. 7 jersey will be raised into the rafters. The date for the ceremony has been released, and it makes perfect sense that it’ll be when they play the Philadelphia 76ers.
“The Raptors announced that Kyle Lowry’s No. 7 will be retired in a post-game ceremony on January 10, 2027, when Toronto hosts the Sixers,” ClutchPoints wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
Lowry is a Philadelphia native and played with the 76ers for the past three seasons before announcing his retirement.
