Sober Glory is the huge odds-on favourite so the Super Boost is a massive one for those following in the six-year-old gelding.

Trained by Philip Hobbs & Johnson White this horse placed incredibly well behind Old Park Star in the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle.

He was also a popular bet for the Supreme that day at 9/2 SP but still surprised a few to go that close to a horse that was compared to Constitution Hill.

Sober Glory beat Kadastral two starts ago at Newbury by a staggering 27 lengths, having beaten the same horse by just 12 lengths on hurdle debut back in November.

There’s clearly a lot more to come from this gelding and after three solid wins and a 2nd place effort that really confirmed his ability, this race looks his for the taking on form.

His biggest threat according to the odds comes from Baron Noir or Sinnatra.

Baron Noir was a few lengths off of them at Cheltenham so needs a big improvement to turn over that form.

While Sinnatra, who wears a hood for the first time, was in the County Handicap Hurdle where he placed a very strong 5th but still six lengths off the winner Wilful.
