Ebor Festival betting angle
Betfred are offering Money Back as CASH when you bet £10 on the 3pm at the Ebor Festival on Thursday.
It’s the 1m Sir Kevin Sinfield 7 in 7 Grand Finale Handicap, a Heritage Handicap that this year will see a maximum field of 17 runners take part.
Centigrade is the big favourite having coming back from a mammoth 601 days off the track to still win in style at Southwell in June.
Usually horses need a run or two at least after such amount of time off from the track – but not this Highclere horse.
The Ralph Beckett-owned colt went right up to a 102 rating but still could be dangerously unexposed.
Of course with 17 runners there’s also plenty of each-way chances, starting from the second favourite at around 6’s – Blue Brother.
Eternal Force has Dylan Browne McMonagle on board for the first time and looks interesting with the first-time blinkers.
While Cerulean Bay has chances if bouncing back from a few defeats in a row down to a dangerous mark.
