Conor Benn signs new long-term deal with Dana White’s Zuffa Boxing after $15m fight
Conor Benn has committed his future to Dana White’s Zuffa Boxing.
‘The Destroyer’ shocked the boxing world in February when he ditched long-time promoter Matchroom Boxing for Zuffa in a one-fight deal worth $15million (£11m).

Benn cashed his cheque with a unanimous decision win over two-time super lightweight world champion Regis Prograis at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday night.
And in the aftermath of that victory, Zuffa moved quickly to sign Benn to a multi-fight, multi-year deal.
Announcing the news on Friday, White said: “What’s up, everybody? Conor and I just signed a new deal here.
“After his one fight deal. We’re excited to have him.
“We’re ready to put on some big fights. I’m really happy for you. Congratulations. Welcome to Zuffa Boxing, Conor Benn.”
Benn added: “Yes, guys, I just signed a new multi-fight deal.
“I’m very, very excited about it. Our visions are aligned. Our goal remains the same.
“To get that world title. But more importantly, give people the fights that they want.
“Give people the mega fights. If you guys want it, you guys can get it.”
Conor Benn vs Ryan Garcia on the verge of being signed
Benn is now reportedly in advanced negotiations to face WBC welterweight champion Ryan Garcia this summer in Las Vegas.

A date and venue have yet to be pinned down, although organisers are eyeing an August slot.
Netflix and DAZN are in the running to stream the money-spinning event.
The reports have since been confirmed by Garcia, who said during a recent live stream: “It’s gonna be in August. We’re gonna have it in Vegas.
“It’s against Conor Benn, he is from the UK.
“Yeah, we’re gonna eat that up. Conor’s about to get blasted, guys.
“Please do [bet on it] you will make yourself a little extra.”
