WWE star Logan Paul knew he was ‘f****d’ after suffering ‘horrible’ torn triceps injury

After getting surgery to repair his torn triceps injury, WWE Superstar Logan Paul has detailed the ailment and how it all happened.

During an episode of Impaulsive, Paul detailed the “horrible” injury, revealing how it happened. The injury occurred during his tag team match at the May 2026 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Paul was trying to catch one of his opponents, Angelo Dawkins, who was jumping onto him outside of the ring. His arm was flexed, and while trying to catch him, there was “too much weight, too much tension.” In turn, he tore his tricep.

“I could feel the tendon snap off the elbow. And it’s interesting, because the tricep is in the middle of your arm, but it came from the elbow… it detaches, and I’ve been injured so many times, I knew immediately. Listen closely to when it happens, you can hear me. I’m not selling like a wrestler. That’s real pain.”

On the same episode, Paul explained that until he suffered a torn tricep, he didn’t understand why CM Punk missed six months with the same injury.

“I tore my tricep off the bone, and a little piece of bone literally came with the tendon. It’s inane,” he claimed. “When CM Punk tore his tricep, I just thought he was a major p***y. I cut a promo about it, I [was] like, ‘You tore your little tricep?’ And when I said it, I was like, I hope this doesn’t ever happen to me.”

Paul will also be out of action for a few months. It’s unknown when he will return, but hopefully, he’s able to come back this year. At the very least, maybe he can come back as an on-screen character as part of The Vision.
