The New York Knicks faced fiery and rabid Cleveland Cavaliers fans Saturday. Game 3 of this NBA Playoffs Eastern Conference Finals brought out celebrities too, a la Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. But Knicks legends Walt Frazier and Patrick Ewing made sure the visitors weren’t outnumbered during this 121-108 Knicks road win.
The famed franchise legends traveled to be with New York too. They weren’t the only Knick legends there too. Ewing’s past teammates Allan Houston and John Starks sat in the stands as well. And all four sat together.

The Knicks legends watched KAT score 11 early first quarter points. Towns eventually cooled down, settling for 13 points as the Cavs redrew a new defensive game plan to counter him. KAT stayed on the floor for 36 minutes.
But guard Jalen Brunson handled the scoring charge once Cleveland contained KAT. Brunson delivered 30 points in a span of 41 minutes, earning the most action on the Knicks.
Fellow guard Mikal Bridges dropped 22 points to take second on New York. He pulled off that mark in 39 total minutes. Forward OG Anunoby produced 21 points in helping lead the front court charge for NYK. Landry Shamet handed the Knicks 14 points in continuing to establish himself as a valuable bench contributor. Josh Hart added 12 points from his forward spot.
New York is now one win away from returning to the NBA Finals for the first time since the 1999 season.
