New York Knicks guard Josh Hart is known for his relentless energy on the court, but his toughest assignment lately might be managing his twin sons’ sleep schedules.

The late-night playoff schedule clearly pushed the toddlers past their usual bedtime, but they handled the spotlight like seasoned veterans. Hart, who routinely plays heavy minutes under head coach Mike Brown, clearly relished sharing the massive playoff win with his family.

In the end, the sleepless nights were all worth it as his sons now get to grow up and say their dad is an NBA champion. Balancing a deep playoff run with diaper duty isn’t easy, but Hart is proving he can handle both with ease. Memories like that last forever, even if it means missing a 7:15 p.m. bedtime.
